We try our best to respond within 24 hours of your request. Same-week scheduling is standard across Orange County, and we can usually hold a next-day slot for simple residential installs.
No. Reaching out through the form or by phone creates zero financial obligation. There is no trip charge, diagnostic fee, or deposit. You only pay after the install is complete, and the price you are quoted during the survey is the price you pay.
Your service address, the Starlink kit you plan to use (Standard, Mini, Flat High Performance, Business, Roam, or Maritime), and a rough idea of where you want the dish mounted. Customers supply their own mount hardware — we do not provide or sell mounts, but we will recommend one during the site walk if you have not bought one yet. If you have photos of the roof or intended mount location, those help us plan.
Yes. Reschedule or cancel any time, no fee. Schedules change — weather changes, kits arrive late, roofs get busy. Call or reply to your confirmation email and we will shift the appointment.
